At Boudio, our commitment is to provide exceptional service, ensuring the secure delivery of your packages. We offer multiple shipping options, each equipped with tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey to your doorstep.

We ship to most countries globally, opting for affordable shipping prices through priority mail international. Order processing takes 3-5 business days, and delivery can range from 15-30 business days, depending on your location. Please note that we may not process orders or deliver on Sundays, holidays, or during unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure Event), such as weather conditions and strikes affecting our courier partners.

In certain cases, a shipping method requiring a signature upon receipt may be chosen based on your order's total value.

All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title of such products shall pass to you upon our delivery to the end carriers. We reserve the right to make delivery of the goods in instalments. If the goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if Boudio fails to deliver any one or more of the instalments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the instalments.

If you are unavailable to accept delivery on the second attempt, Boudio may, at its discretion, charge for additional shipping costs on a third attempt. Failure to take delivery may result in charges for the resend request, covering shipping, restocking, service, and repackaging costs. Undelivered packages may be destroyed or lost, and the responsibility lies with the buyer. Boudio is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to delivery delays.

Due to varying international customs processes, we are not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For products damaged or lost during shipping, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We offer Secured Shipping, covering losses, theft, or breakage without requiring reasons. In the event of a broken, lost, or stolen order or loss of tracking in transit, you are entitled to one replacement order. This offer does not apply if the tracking status indicates “Delivered”, "Unsuccessful delivery Attempt" , "Invalid Address", "Return to Sender".
